You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and magic link email access. Grailsome cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Free features are truly free — no credit card required, no time limit, no catch.
If you purchase AI credit packs or upgrade to a Professional subscription, you will be taken to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which we collect as required by law.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire. Professional subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
We do not provide refunds after payments have been made, but we always try to do the right thing. If you feel you have legitimate grounds for a refund, email help@grailsome.ai and let us try to make it right.
You own your data. Your collection items, photos, valuations, narratives, provenance events, and everything else you put into Grailsome — all of it belongs to you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
We do not train AI models on your data. Your content is processed solely to provide the Service — identifying items, generating narratives, estimating values, and detecting counterfeits. That’s it.
You grant Grailsome a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
We own all rights to the Service itself — the code, design, and branding of Grailsome. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the application’s design or code without written permission.
Grailsome uses AI to scan, identify, grade, value, and write narratives about your collectibles. AI features are powered by large language models from external providers (see the Privacy Policy for details).
AI-generated information may be inaccurate. Large language models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information. AI valuations are estimates, not appraisals. AI identifications should be verified. AI narratives are creative content, not historical fact. You are responsible for verifying any information provided by AI features and for any decisions you make based on their output.
AI is not professional advice. Grailsome does not provide professional appraisal, insurance, authentication, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for these services.
You are free to cancel your account at any time.
Upon cancellation, all your data — collections, items, photos, valuations, narratives, provenance events, and associated records — is permanently deleted. Uploaded files are removed from storage within 30 days.
This deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that significantly affect your use.
Price changes for paid plans will be communicated at least 30 days in advance for existing customers. New pricing applies only to new purchases or renewals.
If we ever discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and the ability to export your data.
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep Grailsome running smoothly, but we do not offer formal service level agreements.
We take the security of your data seriously. See the Privacy Policy for details on encryption and data protection.
Our staff will not access your content except: with your explicit consent for support purposes; to investigate potential abuse or violations of these terms; to fix errors or debug issues affecting the Service; or as required by law.
Grailsome is not liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind — including loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated valuations or identifications — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1, whichever is greater.
This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
